Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated UX Researcher to enhance our team on a contract basis. This role focuses heavily on conducting robust user research rather than UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will be adept at performing detailed user interviews, implementing diverse research strategies both online and in-person, and producing compelling research reports to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth user interviews and implement various research techniques and strategies to gather meaningful data.
Focus primarily on user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and detailed reports.
Share research outcomes with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence product and design decisions.
Develop and maintain research documentation, including study plans, findings, and presentations.
Manage less experienced but should be dedicated to conducting user interviews and implementing research techniques and strategies both online and in-person.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in UX research, with a strong emphasis on user interviews and qualitative analysis.
Capable of producing detailed research reports that provide deep insights into user behavior and suggestions for future improvements.
Proficiency with modern research tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable findings.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience in conducting both online and in-person research is highly preferred.
