The death toll in Iran has surpassed 3,100 since U.S.- and Israeli-led attacks began on Feb. 28, according to the U.S.-based monitor HRANA as the conflict nears three weeks.

Meanwhile, Lebanon’s Health Ministry has documented 968 fatalities from Israeli attacks.
