Latin American leaders wrap CELAC meeting in Colombia

Colombia just wrapped up the summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in Bogota.

The leaders of Colombia, Brazil and Uruguay called for regional unity. But Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva also criticized unspecified countries of seeking to own developing nations.
