Kate Middleton’s Plastic Surgery Rumors: Are They True?

Kate Middleton’s Plastic Surgery Rumors: Are They True?

Posted on 2 July 2025 By jobuzo

While the royal family has many stunning women, Kate Middleton is widely renowned as the beauty of Buckingham Palace. No other royal has sparked such a frenzy that they’ve launched a plastic surgery trend inspired by their nose. Beyond genetics, her iconic royal fashion moments and the evolution of her beauty routine have cemented her status as poised and elegant. It’s never been confirmed that Princess Kate has gone under the knife, but her flawless features have certainly been at the center of many plastic surgery rumors.

There was even speculation that she was undergoing major cosmetic surgery when she disappeared from the royal spotlight in 2024. Of course, it’s now common knowledge that she was undergoing cancer treatment instead. That said, a source exposed Kate in OK! Magazine for having multiple procedures, including a rhinoplasty and a breast enhancement after childbirth. Even before she was officially part of the royal family, there were whispers that she had undergone a nip and tuck.

In 2011, an insider spoke to The National Enquirer and said Kate was seeking a transformation that cost a whopping $150,000, adding that she wanted to do so to project a “modern, glamorous image” and intervene before any wrinkles, sagging, drooping, or any other signs of aging ruined her looks.

At one point, the speculation got so out of hand that a well-known surgeon decided to make a shocking comment about it online. Chief medical officer and founder of London’s Dr. Medi Spa Clinic, Dr. Munir Somji, made bold claims in a 2019 Instagram post that Kate was a big fan of Botox and implied that she received injections from his office. The post has since been deleted, but it read, “Note the reduction of fine lines on the forehead,” he wrote, according to Page Six, continuing, “But also note the depression of the medial (middle part) brow but elevation of the lateral tail of the brow.” A rep for the palace spoke to Page Six and said these declarations were “categorically not true,” adding that “The Royal Family never endorse commercial activity.”

Both Kate and William are experiencing major frustration over the persistent rumors that continue to haunt them, with one of the more significant ones being the wild conspiracy theories over Princess Kate’s abdominal surgery recovery. William was disturbed and disheartened at the surprising public reactions and harsh online comments. Royal expert Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight, “I know from the sources that I’ve spoken to that both William and Kate have been pretty shocked and genuinely surprised by the wild rumors that are circulating on the internet.” She added that beyond feeling a very understandable frustration over the situation, he also felt angry.

While we still don’t have any cold, hard proof that Kate has undergone plastic surgery of any kind (including injections), it might be the case that her perfect button nose and flawless cheekbones are simply a part of her hitting the genetic jackpot.
