Along with noting her mom’s distinguishable feature of a “tattoo of angel wings with the names Mal and Noa on arm,” Taylor shared, “Nikki’s family is urgently seeking any information regarding her whereabouts.”

The missing persons poster asked that if anyone has seen Nikki—who was last seen wearing a dress and has brown eyes and long brown hair—to contact the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.

The former Vine star, 27, shares kids Malakai, 5, and Noa, 3, with Taylor, who he began dating in 2015. After getting engaged in 2019, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in December 2024—where Nikki was in attendance.

At the time, Nash shared photos from their special day and added the caption, “Romanticizing life,” with Nikki adding a sweet note, commenting, “So happy I was there to witness how special the first two are!! The most beautiful love and Noa and Malakai were so happy!”
