BRICS finance ministers discuss financing for development projects

Discussions on sustainable development, and the reform of financial institutions, have brought together finance ministers from many BRICS members and the governors of the New Development Bank- the NDB, also known as the BRICS bank. Lucrecia Franco reports from Rio de Janeiro.
