{"id":10356,"date":"2025-11-11T14:24:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T14:24:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobuzo.com\/en\/sporean-founder-of-social-enterprise-dignity-kitchen-appeals-for-partner-to-save-hong-kong-branch\/"},"modified":"2025-11-11T14:24:54","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T14:24:54","slug":"sporean-founder-of-social-enterprise-dignity-kitchen-appeals-for-partner-to-save-hong-kong-branch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobuzo.com\/en\/sporean-founder-of-social-enterprise-dignity-kitchen-appeals-for-partner-to-save-hong-kong-branch\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u2019porean founder of social enterprise Dignity Kitchen appeals for partner to save Hong Kong branch"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2 data-qa=\"Component-Component\">Singaporean founder of Dignity Kitchen renews call for partner to save Hong Kong restaurant<\/h2>\n<p data-qa=\"Component-Component\">Singaporean social entrepreneur Koh Seng Choon, founder of the hawker-style social enterprise Dignity Kitchen, has renewed his call for a partner in Hong Kong to help save its struggling branch in Mong Kok.<\/p>\n<p data-qa=\"Component-Component\">The restaurant, which employs and trains persons with disabilities, has been facing mounting challenges.<\/p>\n<p data-qa=\"Component-Component\">As a final attempt to raise funds, he is considering diluting his stake in the Singapore-based business, South China Morning Post reported.<\/p>\n<p data-qa=\"Component-Component\">In particular, he is seeking a kind-hearted and experienced partner who is willing to commit HKD 2 million (S$336,000) in the first year to run the restaurant.<\/p>\n<h3 data-qa=\"Component-Component\">Founder underwent heart surgery in March<\/h3>\n<p data-qa=\"Component-Component\">In a video he posted on LinkedIn in October, Mr Koh shared that &ldquo;the last six years have been very tough&rdquo;
