But that also means her hair regularly goes through a lot, <\/strong>which is why Jenna takes her haircare routine very seriously.<\/p>\n

“I’m doing everything that I can in my in my daily routine to protect my hair, because it does have to get styled so much,” she explains.<\/p>\n

“The kinder I can be to my hair, the better. So I do try to do whatever I can.” That means she avoids overstyling her tresses and stays away from high heat. “It really does damage my hair because it is so fine.” <\/p>\n

Motherhood also affected her hair health. “My hair did break a lot postpartum. And so I went on this like big health care kick where I was doing like rosemary oil, castor oil, and masks on my hair.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
