Lambrini Girls<\/strong> will not be rocking out at Coachella 2026.<\/p>\n

The punk band has dropped out of the lineup after its lead singer Phoebe Lunny <\/strong>fractured her neck and was diagnosed with an acute brain injury.<\/p>\n

“We are so gutted guys,” Phoebe—who fronts the band alongside Selin Macieira-Bosgelmez<\/strong>—shared in an April 8 Instagram post. “We want to be there so badly.”<\/p>\n

“If it was a broken leg, I would do a Dave Grohl<\/strong> and play it,” she continued, referencing a 2015 concert in which the Foo Fighters<\/strong> frontman performed from a chair after fracturing his fibula. “This isn’t something we are taking lightly and we are really sad.”<\/p>\n

Phoebe added, “Because it is my neck and brain, our hands are tied for now.”<\/p>\n

As for how they sustained the injury? Phoebe explained that she fractured her neck while in Australia and the injury was misdiagnosed, prompting her to seek “late treatment.”<\/p>\n

“Doctors orders are I can’t fly or perform for 6 weeks,” the U.K.-based musician shared. “But I’m lucky and expect a speedy recovery thank f–k lol.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
