imprisonment<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Inspector Choi stressed that attempting to create explosives is a serious crime regardless of the resulting explosive power.<\/p>\n<p>Those making or knowingly possessing an explosive substance can face up to 14 years&rsquo;
