The Singapore Flyer’s operations are temporarily suspended after a technical issue was detected during a routine maintenance inspection.<\/p>\n

The move is a “precautionary measure”, a spokesperson said in a statement on Sept 10.<\/p>\n

While operations are suspended, shops and restaurants at the Singapore Flyer’s Retail Terminal will remain open.<\/p>\n

“We are working closely with the Building and Construction Authority to conduct the necessary inspection, repairs and rectification works,” the spokesperson added.<\/p>\n

“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our guests and business partners.”<\/p>\n

Those with bookings made can contact the Singapore Flyer’s customer service team at customer_service@singaporeflyer.com. Otherwise, they can do so by calling 6333-3311.<\/p>\n
