In photos obtained by<\/span> People<\/span><\/em>, Kayte—who already shares kids<\/span> Faith<\/strong>, 12,<\/span> Gabriel<\/strong>, 10, and<\/span> James<\/strong>, 8, with Kelsey—strolled around the sunny English city sporting a black sundress that accented her growing belly.<\/span><\/p>\n
