Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with senior management to create marketing plans, marketing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrates leadership and guidance in the creation, execution, and oversight of the organization's strategic marketing plan.
- Analyze how marketing initiatives affect lead flow, LTV, and retention in relation to the programs' stated goals.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing programs while fostering stakeholder participation and utilising the appropriate internal procedures.
- Establishes and implements organization-wide short- and long-term marketing goals, objectives, policies, and processes; assesses program effectiveness and implements necessary improvements.
- Actively promoting the company and ensuring that the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Creates and administers the organization's annual marketing budgets, regularly monitoring expenditures; prepares summary assessment reports.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within FMCG/Agency/Tech companies
- Must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing 360 launch plans
- Individual with solid communication skills in verbal & written
- Possess solid passion in building brand from 0
- Possess solid understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Solid understanding of Indonesian customer behavior with the right brand exposure, product understanding and market knowledge
