Description


The Time and Attendance Analyst is an important member of the Global Payroll team and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of time reporting across the globe. Reporting to the Global Time and Attendance Lead, this position will collaborate in the development of standards for time reporting business requirements, testing, production migration and day to day – run and maintain. They will be the first point of support for Managers and Time Administrator questions for the APAC region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert regarding use of tools and processes related to time and attendance solutions such as ADP eTime and Workday Time and Absence
  • Ensure timely and high value customer service to employees ensuring adherence to established SLAs
  • Participate in Global Payroll initiative to understand Time and Attendance Requirements across regions
  • Participate in projects related to complex migrations from development to production, upgrades, and installations or configurations
  • Assist in the maintenance of system blueprints as requirements change
  • Apply information technology expertise, analysis, and design techniques to solve business needs
  • Recommend changes to optimize operations and improve efficiency
  • Research and resolve escalated employee inquiries through ServiceNow inquiry tool
  • Support payroll operations on occasion when team priorities dictate
  • Lead the Time and Attendance change requests from requirements to production implementation and customer training
Qualifications

  • Experience executing small to medium sized projects from requirements through testing, production migration and customer education and training, preferred
  • Experience with EY Payroll and/or Celergo preferred
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via written and verbal communication both internally and with key stakeholders across the company
  • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to details and quality focus
  • Preferred skill in Project Management
  • Experience working and collaborating in a cross-functional global environment required
  • Advanced experience in Word and Excel
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other similar case management system
  • BA/BS degree preferred
