Job Responsibilities: As the Business Team Lead for Small Medium Enterprises, you will: Manage and supervise the business strategies and achievements (funds, credit, services) of the retail banking segment and consumer segment which are managed by the branch office for example marketing retail funds, consumer funds, retail productive credit, standard credit, program credit, consumer credit and market expansion to achieve targets. Job Requirements: Have exposure as a Relationship Manager Small / Small Medium Enterprise (SME) minimum 3 (three) years. Have exposure as a Team Leader minimum 2 (two) years. Understand banking products (funding, lending) Have a soul/passion as a marketer Have good analytical, relationship and communication skills.
