Hello jobseekers One of our clients in the water treatment industry is looking for a B2 B Sales Manager with the details below: Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligning with the company's goals. This includes understanding market trends, studying competitors, and predicting future opportunities. 2. Sales Targets & Forecasting: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Analyze sales statistics and trends to ensure targets are achieved. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing deals, and resolving any issues. 4. Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to streamline operations and ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data, and provide updates to the senior management. 6. Budgeting: Oversee and manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations. 7. (In the process of building a team) Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets. This includes providing regular training, constructive feedback, and support to the team members. While a background in the water business is not a prerequisite for this role, the Sales Manager is expected to quickly learn about water treatment products and gain an understanding of the industry's key players, trends, and customer preferences.
