Description
Support information to Territory Production Leader for acreage allocation for commercial & Pre-commercial seed production
Accountability on the cultural practices to harvest as agreed acreage allocation
Accountability on all field quality processes to ensure that we have seed quality as Local Market Specifications
Accountability for accuracy and timing on material (parent seed, chemical, fertilizer, etc) utilize report.
Coordination with HR for PMD and recruitment process for VC level
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related field
Experience:
3 years of field supervision experience
Knowledge, skill, and abilities:
· English Proficiency (written and spoken)
· Computer skill (Ms. Word, excel, power point)
· Strong organizational skills
