Strategic growth: Building partnerships and implementing commercial strategies for growth.Collaboration: Working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Planning and execution: Developing business plans, managing budgets, and overseeing logistics.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles (e.g., Sr Sales Manager or Commercial Director)
• Management experience of a large sales team
• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue targets
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business plans
• Expertise in building and managing B2B customer relationships
• Understanding of the warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment(advantageous)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and financial calculations
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic
