Work you’ll do
- Assist in researching and analysing social issues, trends, and best practices in the field of social impact.
- Support the development and implementation of social impact programs, including community engagement initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and partnership-building efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to create content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to raise awareness about our firm’s social impact initiatives.
- Help organise and coordinate programs, workshops, and meetings related to social impact projects and campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives, collecting data and feedback to inform future strategies and decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the social impact team, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant or related experience in CSR social development or social advocacy projects
- Passion for education, environmental sustainability, or other social impact issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous experience or coursework in social impact, community development, advocacy, or related fields is preferred but not required.
