Work you’ll do



  1. Assist in researching and analysing social issues, trends, and best practices in the field of social impact.

  2. Support the development and implementation of social impact programs, including community engagement initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and partnership-building efforts.

  3. Collaborate with team members to create content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to raise awareness about our firm’s social impact initiatives.

  4. Help organise and coordinate programs, workshops, and meetings related to social impact projects and campaigns.

  5. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives, collecting data and feedback to inform future strategies and decision-making.

  6. Provide administrative support to the social impact team, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Requirements



  1. Fresh graduates or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant or related experience in CSR social development or social advocacy projects

  2. Passion for education, environmental sustainability, or other social impact issues.

  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.

  4. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.

  5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  6. Previous experience or coursework in social impact, community development, advocacy, or related fields is preferred but not required.
