We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager with expertise in M&A projects to lead the investment strategies and financial analyses in the chemical manufacturing sector. Description

  • Lead and manage investment strategies, focusing on identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and merger opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for M&A projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and assess potential risks and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster relationships with financial institutions, investors, and industry experts to enhance investment opportunities.

Profile

  • Proven experience working in a Big 4 accounting or consulting firm, with a strong focus on M&A projects.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, preferably within the manufacturing or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytic and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and financial due diligence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
