This brand new role is part of our wider Corporate Services Team and the aim is to deliver inspiring workplaces where people feel they belong. In this role you will strive to ensure our core workplaces across the East Midlands are managed and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, meeting the changing and varied needs of our colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Whilst leading on the delivery of a forward-thinking, community-focused hybrid working environment, you will also oversee all relevant legislation, policies, contracts and procedures,
Requirements
As well as having experience in being responsible for strategy and operational delivery, you will also have the below qualities;
Experience of successfully managing a complex workplace and/or facilities team in a large and diverse organisation
Successful track record of building and maintain effective working relationships
Experience of successfully managing change within a team or teams
Experience of successfully managing complex budgets and the delivery of VFM through efficiencies, improvement, procurement and contract management
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

The role will be initially located at our Head Office at Pelham Avenue, Nottingham. NCHA are building a new Head Office on Farnborough Road in Clifton and the role will be based from there from late 2024.
