Internally known as Facilities Management - Delivery Manager Salary range For this role the salary is set between £39,400 to £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience Contract type This is a permanent position Work Pattern 38.75 hours per week - there is flexibility around daily hours but operational core hours are to be covered, such as 7:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 About the role Part of the HP Management team, responsible for the building infrastructure, site services, legislative compliance  & safety of our Partners. You will be accountable for the strict adherence to maintenance and engineering regimes,  ensuring statutory and legislative requirements are met within a diverse array of processes, plant and equipment; contributing to the overall achievement of business KPIs.  You will hold overall responsibility for the Partner Dining room; compliance, food offer & partner experience. To operate within the guidelines of ISO standards As a Facilities Management - Delivery Manager you will Lead a diverse set of teams to ensure Compliance & Regulations are met & adhered to You will assume People Manager responsibilities within the following areas: Health & Safety,, Warehouse & Transport, Engineering & the Partner Dining Room Responsible for developing & cascading strategic plans, sharing the vision &  developing associated activities across the building & infrastructures Responsible for the future planning of space, building & machinery requirements - supporting business needs & embedding safe, optimal working practices Lead and deliver the planned and reactive maintenance schedule, alongside the  daily management of the CMMS system ensuring the safe and timely delivery to  agreed KPIs Acting as the interface between key stakeholders you will initiate, coordinate & deliver projects onsite; ensuring such activity is fully completed on time, to budget &  with zero defects.  Proactively engage and ensure Contractors & third party delivery to fulfil  obligations to the agreed timescales. Complete with clear records of contractor  liabilities. Responsible for operating in line with the Maintenance  budget, inclusive of  requests for Capex spend: inline with the agreed programme of activities /  timelines Accountable for all site compliance: ensuring safety assurance and insurance  requirements are up to date to keep the Partnership legally compliant and  trading without risk or impact Overall responsibility of the PDR operation - au fait with compliance systems:  JLP food safety management system, Check-It (Due diligence system), ensuring  quality of customer proposition, delivering value Regularly report & share business performance through various mediums to senior stakeholders & direct reports.  Celebrate successes & hold Partners and teams to account on performance issues.  Responsible for operating in line with both the Maintenance budget, inclusive of  requests for Capex spend: inline with the agreed programme of activities /  timelines Invest in yours and your Partners personal and professional development. Ensure realistic & achievable performance plans are in place, by doing more, doing better, or doing different.  Develop Managers, Partners and team performance through the appropriate use of coaching and mentoring from yourself and other stakeholders, and the use of training and Partner Development materials.  Essential skills you’ll need Demonstrable experience of translating strategic plans into operational business activities Relevant experience in Engineering, Building services or Construction in a manufacturing environment Appropriate professional qualification(s) - IOSH/Nebosh, CSCS Supervisor / Manager, IPAF/PASMA, Legionellosis / L8 certification / Awareness, BEMS / Intelligent Smart Building Comprehensive understanding of application of Building Regulations and Welfare Regulations. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations including MHASAW (1999) and CDM (2015). Conservant with CMMS systems, Autocad Desirable skills ISO 9001 / 14001 accredited / qualified Demonstrable experience of lean manufacturing tools & techniques Level 3 Food Safety Management We believe in rewarding our Partners for their time and energy.
