Are you looking for a new permanent career at London Heathrow Airport? First Call Talent Solutions is currently recruiting for a Check In Supervisor to join our client at London Heathrow Airport, near Hounslow.

Salary: £32’000 per year. Negotiable dependent on experience.

Shifts: 6 days on 3 days off, earlies (430/5am starts) / lates (10/1030pm finishes) – 8.5 hour shifts.

Job Duties of a Check In Supervisor:

• Take lead on flights ensuring that check-in opens and closes on time and efficiently.
• Ensuring on time set up of check-in and gate areas. Using relevant equipment (signage, boarding passes etc)
• Brief all staff on flight information and support them where needed
• Monitor arrivals and departures for special assistance clients, liaising with the ramp teams to ensure efficient running of the flight.
• Sending emails as required and producing post flight paperwork and reports
• Report any irregularities to the supervisor
• Liaising with our airline clients

Requirements of a Check In Supervisor:

• A strong leader with great motivational skills.
• Knowledge of the passenger duties including check-in, boarding, safety and immigration procedures
• Ability to use Amadeus Altea systems
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Ensure good relations with clients
• Be an exemplary leader
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to undertake a written test.
