Overview:

The Utilization and Appeals Management Administrative Assistant I position provides clerical support for the Utilization and Appeals Management Department remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Three or four years of varied office experience or a minimum of one year experience as Office Manager
  • Other: Technology. Strong computer skills utilizing a variety of electronic and online programs. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Preferred Education: Post High School studies preferred
