To identify the customer's needs, record, monitor and facilitate the intermediate between the customer and the sales consultant team and to maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric Experience Personal and Business Banking Sales and Service 1-2 years Branch banking experience, exposure to enquiries and query management.
