Mexico suspends postal shipments to the U.S.

Mexico has joined dozens of other nations in its decision to suspend postal shipments to the United States after Washington imposed a new tariff policy on international packages, regardless of value. The move is disrupting personal deliveries and small-business exports alike, as CGTN correspondent Alasdair Baverstock reports.
