After all, the Love Island USA host often has her abs on full display as she arrives at the Fiji mansion in a dazzling ensemble. As for how she gets the showstopping look?
“It’s weightlifting like every day,” Ariana exclusively told E! News’ Francesca Amiker at The Environmental Media Association’s 35th Annual EMA Awards Gala Oct. 11. “It’s cardio most days.”
“But then, even when I’m not necessarily feeling great that day,” she continued, pointing to, for example, during her menstrual cycle, “it’s going out there and kind of faking it.”
When it comes to her diet, however, the 40-year-old—who hosted the gala alongside Harry Jowsey—isn’t too concerned about her intake.
“Honestly, I don’t have much of that,” she admitted on the red carpet. “I do try to make sure I’m getting enough protein and enough fiber.”
