China’s squad claimed silver in the men’s 10-meter air pistol team final at the Asian Shooting Championships in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, on Thursday.
Lu Dingke, Li Xianhao, and Wang Honghao scored 1889.2 points in the final, just 3.3 behind gold medalists Rudrankksh Patil, Arjun Babuta and Kiran Jadhav of India. South Korea completed the podium with bronze.
Li and Lu also reached the individual final, and Lu ranked second after the first stage. Kazakhstan’s Islam Satpayev claimed the gold medal with a total of 250.1 points. Lu was only 0.3 behind but had to settle for silver. South Korea’s Park Ha-jun bagged bronze.
