China, US conclude ‘constructive’ Madrid talks

The Chinese and US delegations concluded the latest round of economic and trade negotiations in Madrid, Spain, on Monday.

Li Chenggang, China’s international trade representative with the Ministry of Commerce and vice-minister of commerce, said during a press conference that the two sides held “candid, in-depth and constructive communication” based on mutual respect and equal consultation, regarding trade and economic issues of mutual concern, including TikTok.
