Deforestation in Brazil could accelerate with new bill

Brazil is seeing a rise in deforestation across the Amazon, and now environmentalists are warning that a new bill passed by Congress could accelerate the damage at an even more alarming rate.  Reporter Paulo Cabral has more from Rio de Janeiro.
