Days after the US Department of Justice released the latest Epstein Files, Sarah Ferguson’s charity has announced closure.
The former Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, was mentioned in the latest list, and her association with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has put her in a spot.
Sarah’s Trust in a statement announced that it will close “for the foreseeable future.”

Over three million documents were released by the Justice Department last week, and the email released mentioned that Ferguson was in contact with Epstein while he was in prison.
According to the website, Sarah’s Trust was set up in 2020 and is “dedicated to supporting frontline, grassroots work to address the humanitarian and environmental crisis, the hunger crisis and issues perpetuating cycles of extreme poverty.”

While speaking about the decision, the Trust’s spokesman said that Ferguson and the board of trustees have agreed that, with “regret, the charity will shortly close for the foreseeable future.”
He also added that the closure came after months of discussions.
Although the Trust did not cite the reason for the closure, the move, made just days after the release of the Epstein Files, paved the way for the rumours.
The previous revelations surrounding Ferguson’s ties to Epstein led to her being dropped as a patron or ambassador from a series of charities last year.
A children’s hospice, Julia’s House, was the first to remove her. Later, the Teenage Cancer Trust, Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, National Foundation for Retired Service Animals and Prevent Breast Cancer dropped her as patron.
Among the hundreds of photos released by the DoJ were those of Ferguson’s ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, kneeling over a female lying on the floor.
In the Epstein email released, Ferguson was seen praising him as the “brother I have always wished for”. In another email, Ferguson appears to congratulate Epstein over the arrival of a “baby boy”.
