The skit, which gained millions of views, featured a character whose appearance and mannerisms led some viewers to believe it resembled Erika Kirk.
However, the video does not explicitly identify her.

There is no confirmed lawsuit filed by Erika Kirk against Druski.
In fact, a representative for the comedian told Newsweek that claims of a cease-and-desist notice are “absolutely false.”
