Emmy Nominations 2025 Are Finally Here: See the Complete List

Posted on 15 July 2025 By jobuzo

One thing is for sure, there are no hacks among this group.

Though Hacks, like in years before, is likely to be among the top nominees at the 2025 Emmy Awards. Because yes, the nominations for the annual award show are officially here, with the first two categories announced on CBS Mornings July 15. The rest of the nominations will follow during the award show’s official livestream later in the day.

Heading into nomination day, there were many returning series expected to once again dominate across the categories.

On the drama side, Severance, The White Lotus, The Last of Us and Slow Horses were each anticipated to be among the top contenders, while the new seasons of comedies The Bear, Hacks, Shrinking, and Abbott Elementary were set to make a splash. Among the returning series, actors Pedro Pascal, Adam Scott, Jeremy Allen White, Gary Oldman, Jean Smart, Ayo Edebiri, Jason Segel and Quinta Brunson were all likely to once again find themselves with nods for their work.

But where there are the old hats, there are also the exciting newcomers.
