Kate Middleton and Prince William are receiving justice for a breach on their privacy.

After the British royal family sued Parisian outlet Paris Match for publishing photos of them on an April vacation with kids Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, in the Swiss Alps, they have won their case in a French court, per People.

The Prince and Princess of Wales called the magazine’s publication of not only the images, but details of their vacation, “grossly intrusive,”  a spokesperson for the family told People Oct. 30 adding that they would go through the same hoops to ensure their children grow up “without undue scrutiny and interference.”

Although the royals initially sought financial compensation in their legal proceedings, they instead opted for the “publication of the judicial notice,” per People, which was given on Oct. 30.

“Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales, have been successful in legal proceedings brought in France against the owner of Paris Match,” a spokesperson for the couple said in a statement to People, “which published a grossly intrusive article and long-lens paparazzi photographs of their private family holiday in the Alps in April.”
