The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mr Holter Carsten, last seen on Sept 6.
The 22-year-old was last seen in the vicinity of 5 Buangkok View at 8.45pm.
Anyone with information is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000 or make an online submission at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness
All information will be kept strictly confidential, the police said on Sept 9.
